Reflecting on 2015
With only a week left to Christmas day most people are starting to wind down, finish up work and are looking forward to relaxing over the holiday period.
This is the time when you should be building your momentum in order to end the year with a bang and kick off 2016 on fire.
A great way to gain your momentum for the rest of 2015 is to reflect on the year as a whole. This will allow you to see what went well, what could be improved and how to move forward from here.
Ask yourself these questions and be sure to write down the answers. Just thinking about it is only half the equation. Knowing where you are at currently is the start to gaining clarity around where you want to go in the future and what you want to achieve.
1. What was the best thing that happened this year?
2. Did you achieve the goals you set for 2015? Why or why not?
3. Write down 10 things that went well in 2015?
4. Write down 10 things that could be improved on in 2016?
Spend at least half an hour reflecting on the year.
Stay tuned in the next few days to see what is the next step to ending 2015 with a bang and starting 2016 on fire!
