You gotta destroy before you create.
Once you came to Thrive Time and got clarity, I’ve done everything in my power to try and help you, haven’t I?
Because I know that for someone to achieve something at a high level, they gotta give up everything.
There is no such thing as luck and ease.
Even if you inherit a hundred million dollars, if you inherit that, that’s a massive load of pressure.
One of two things is gonna happen,
you’re gonna get crushed by the money or you’re gonna grow the money.
You look at people like James Packer, he had to have a lot of training.
I mean, the average person can’t handle their 40 or 50 or 60, $70,000 a year job.
Do you think that he doesn’t go to bed at nighttime stressed about how he’s gonna pay staff and downsizing jobs and the criticism that he gets from shutting down a casino or something like that and telling people that they don’t have jobs? That’s hard, that’s really hard. I’ve watched business owners almost get to the point of just spewing consistently because a part of their business isn’t working anymore and they gotta lay off employees.
They don’t wanna do that.
They want the best for their employees, but it’s just something that has to be done. If they don’t, the whole business suffers and instead of just letting go of 20 employees, they gotta let go of 150 or 200 and that’s a big call.
